Our initial brief escalated quickly into a full restoration of this beautiful townhouse nestled in the old historic quarter of Cannes. Our first challenge was the layout, as the owners bought it as three individual apartments. Architectural plans to show our proposal were brought to life using our AutoCAD – so our client could really envisage the end result. The continued use of old materials helped maintain the character of the building. And the latest tech innovations gave a striking contrast adding new life and vitality into the space. The warm palette of the décor has made Villa Belrose an elegant yet inviting family home.
